Yoga For Runners Take Away The Injuries So You Can Run Forever!
The hardest part about running is not the running, but the injuries, and aches and pains that happen after. Every runner I know has had problems with injuries. Sometimes when frustration sets in because of an injury, I wonder if I should just quit running. When I get pain from injuries, I try to do my best and stay off of running for awhile and nurse the injury. One day I would like to do a marathon, but I worry because injuries seem interrupt my training. Training for a marathon is hard work! Injuries and training for a marathon is almost impossible.
