Can stress cause Pimples - Turn Your Skin Around See Your True Beauty

Stress is the number 1 factor for almost all health problems.  It is unavoidable in our world today.  It plays havoc on your skin showing rashes and pimples.

Are you one of those people who has problem skin?  Are you a teenager trying so hard to have soft  beautiful clear skin? Are you an adult still being touched by pimples and acne?  Do have problems with rosacea, with red rashy pimply skin?

All the problems are aggravated by stress.  The hardest part in life is getting rid of the stress. You may have deadlines in school or at your job. You may have a busy life with children to attend to and their stresses.  You can’t stop the stress!

How about I try to get you to reach for the part of  you inside that is terrific at helping you de-stress. No amount of washing your face and using special solutions will help you like this.  If you are sitting at your desk right now and working hard,  did you remember to breath?

Do that right now…

Breath…  Take a few rhythmic deep breaths while you are  sitting up straight.  Don’t worry… nobody will notice.  Your just breathing right!  If  you do this at least six times a day, (3 rhythmic deep breaths) you will find yourself  a lot more relaxed.   Each deep breath you take is an internal cleaner that you already have built in you.  Think of  it the same way as a Leaf blower blows away leaves in your yard.  Sure you could give it just one blow…but it usually takes a few times  with the blower until it is clean.  This is exactly the same with our internal yard.  It needs some cleaning.  When you take your breaths you are fooling your brain.  Sending the message that everything is ok and your adrenaline will back off.

I’m telling you this so that your skin will get better.  I want it to, because it is horrible living behind skin that you feel uncomfortable with.  I’ve been there!
