How Do You Lose Weight For Summer?

Simple right?… That’s if we never ate ‘boxed grocery foods‘ again!
Why do we spend so much time eating foods we don’t even know what is in them? There are so many better foods for us to eat?
So thinking about this concept…
How do you lose weight for summer? Well first of all don’t go to the grocery store and even think of looking through the center aisles. Your quest for good weight loss and losing weight for summer involves knowing where in your grocery store to shop. Go to those outside aisles where the good food is!
So what types of foods are on the outside aisles anyway?
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- ready made fruit trays or lunch desserts
- vegetable dishes
- sometimes frozen foods or entres
- eggs
- milk/dairy
- cheese
- meat
The first 5 items should be the most important items in your cart.
Even in the outside aisle you will still find dangerous foods ( true junk foods) that will affect your weight loss for summer.
They are:
- Frozen ready made deep fried foods/ entrees/pizza
- sauces, dips
- the latest sale item for chips or cake desserts
- already cooked meats/ fresh sliced meats
- Pop, juice sport drinks etc.
I would not put any of these items in your cart. Foods that are natural, (food that you can recognize) should be the foods you consume on a daily basis.
Go to the grocery store and look around. Fill up your cart with 15 foods that are natural and you can recognize. Go to your market instead and do the same thing. Now… see how fast you take the weight off…
I”ve said this before, I think the Raw Food Diet is an excellent healthy way to live, even if you are not a person to go 100%. There are many people who have had some great successes living raw. Weight just falls off forever!
