Running and Losing Weight

But…Do you have a little bit of a problem?
Like your weight? It just isn’t budging!
You want to do this forever, right?
Of course you do, because it is important for you well- being.
Have you really paid attention to what you really are eating? There are so many different diets out there. So many! It is really hard to focus. You know that eating right is having your fruits, your vegetables, your proteins, carbs, etc,etc, etc…
How do you put it all together?
