    People worry all the time about their health and wonder if there is some kind of illness creeping up around the corner. It can be daunting walking into a doctor’s office and read pamphlet after pamphlet on how to prevent diseases and wishing and hoping you never get them. Some of us may think only old people get diseases. But…Most of us can’t fathom being free of any illnesses for a life time; there are so many people who are sick. If you think of yourself as a disease waiting to happen, what steps do you take to stop the disease?

    Why are you thinking this way?

    First take a deep breath and realize that you are healthy right now. No matter if you even have an ailment that is bothersome right now. Right now you are healing yourself and imagining what you want from your body. You are the controller of your own body and health. It completely starts with what you want and then just believing it, because ultimately you will end up having exactly what you believe. This is done just by the steps that you automatically take. Yes I said, ‘automatically’. There is a kind of mechanism within us that automatically points us in the right direction to make the right choices in life, and yes that means choices pointing you in the direction to good health. When you trust yourself, you live happier and everything that happens in your life is automatic.

    Distractions Life Throws Our Way

    The main obstacle that we run into as humans is the distractions life throws our way. We forget to really pay attention and get in touch with ourselves. This is extremely important. This is how we know we are healthy. Waking up every morning and getting in touch with how you are feeling will go a long way. Your emotions are the key. If you are feeling depressed than change your thoughts and say, “I am Happy!” Really try to feel it! Remember the moment of happiness in your life. Everyone has that!

    Remember the Moment of Happiness

    Marriage, first child, graduation, first bicycle…I could go on and on. Everyone has a happy moment, so go to that moment and stay there. Through the day put yourself in that moment when you are feeling any way different than happy. After you are finished your day, ask yourself if you payed attention. Did you change your negative thoughts? Did you replace them with happy thoughts or did you just brood over them?

    Healthy Living

    This all is the cornerstone of healthy living. Disease does not like to live in a happy body!!! If you are HAPPY… Disease has no other option, but to just leave! Don’t be too late, pay attention and change your feelings. Once you do that, the things that you weren’t so happy with will fizzle away.
